Refund policy

We have a 30-day guilt free return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Without the awkwardness  

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

2d Theft. In the unfortunate event your fire Estinguishers stash container gets stolen. You MUST file a police report and send us a copy within 48 hours For consideration . Failure to do so within the 72 hours. With 2 pictures of breaking of entry points if available. (Also Refer to 5d                        

3 Who's Coverd?                         

3a.The original purchaser of the product has Full limited lifetime warranty untill purchasers death, at that moment warranty is void and shall not be transferred.                        

4. Who's Authorized For Repairs?                        

4a Maintenance (Repaint & Lubrication of lock) May be preformed By Original Purchaser.                         

4b. Metal Body models: Rust Removal May be preformed By Original Purchaser                         

4c. Actual Lock mechanism Repair or replacement, Interior repair, insulation repair (concrete, spray foam), anchor bolt repair interior or exterior. must be done By Aloomin8theway™. THIS WILL VOID THE WARRANTY                        

5. What's Not Coverd?                        

5a. SHIPPING. PURCHASER is Responsible for Shipping Cost TO & FROM (If applicable) Must Be Shipped with Return label if applicable for Repairs, Replacements, Exchanges And all other warranty matter whitch involves shipping item to and from buyer/purchaser                        

5b deliberate damage using in a way in which it was not intended, as well as unauthorized persons negligence or illegal activity as stated with examples in the chart below 5b1

 Illegal Activity Using our products in any way it is illegal in the state of which the product resides or travels around in is strictly prohibited example: the police raid your house and confiscate the product because it's filled up with A illegal narcotic                      

5c. Fire Claims entered passed allowed amount of time from Accidental fire to Claim file date (30 days from fire to Claim date, Day 31 Voids Claims Loyalty)                        

5d. Theft Claims entered passed allowed amount of time from Unforseen theft date to Claim file date. (48 hours from Theft to file date)                        

6e. NOTE Removing ANY BRANDING CONTAINING WWW.Aloomin8theway.COM, IN-PLAIN-SIGHT, OR ANY LOGO SUCH AS THE AC IMAGE. WILL VOID THIS WARRANTY                         

6e.1 Removal of Branding & selling as unbranded for Prophit will result in immediate copyright infringement being filed with the copyright claims board (CCB) For all Claims up to $30,000. Applies to Sales for the above mentioned on or after 11/01/2025                        

6f. Stripping out or breaking pressure gauge in the removal process is not covered under this warranty. and will not constitute a replacement extinguisher You may buy a replacement manipulated pressure gauge through me.                        

6g. The trigger Handel is sealed with epoxy resin. however if squeezed with SAFTY PIN removed. it may either bend the Handel/push epoxy out. if this happens this will not constitute for a entire replacement rather a replacement trigger Handel only for said model.                         

6h. Warning Label Damage/fade due to prolong sunlight is not is not covered to constitute a new replacement model but rather a New replacement label for said model. please contact me if you need a new label. I've personally re-maid all labels as exact replicas.
